Where will my orders be shipped from?
Most orders are shipped from Perth but it depends on the items ordered, some items come from our Sydney Warehouse and some are shipped directly from our Perth warehouse.
Delivery Options and Shipping Costs
Angel Lights Co. uses Shippit a shipping transport service that compares several ways to ship your order. As you move through the checkout process you will be asked to choose the shipping options that best suits your needs.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
There is a reminder before you place your order to check your order carefully before checking out. Once your order has been placed in our system, we are unable to change or cancel orders because of change of mind. If your order has not yet been processed by our system and you have not received your order number, please Contact Us to amend or cancel your order, we cannot guarantee this change or cancellation but we will do our best at all times to help you. If your item is damaged in transit, please email our customer care team at hello@angellights.com.au with your order number for further assistance. Please do not post up negative comments on social media before we have had a chance to communicate with you first. We always strive to do our best to help you to resolve your matter.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been shipped by your chosen Transport carrier. Tracking updates will be available at Track Your Package. For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information may also be accessed from within the Order History section of your account.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a third-party payment provider that allows you to buy now and pay your purchase off in four fortnightly interest-free installments. Conditions apply
How do I use Afterpay?
At checkout you will need to select Afterpay as the payment method. Once you press complete purchase, you will be redirected to the Afterpay site to complete the payment.
Can I use another payment method in conjunction with Afterpay?
Afterpay can be used in conjunction with an Angel Lights Co. Gift Card. You will need to enter the Gift Card details first and then proceed to pay the balance using Afterpay.
What if I cannot pay an instalment?
Late fees from Afterpay may incur. Please refer to Afterpay for terms and conditions.
Can I use Afterpay at an Angel Lights Co. store or counter?
Afterpay is currently only available when you purchase via the Angel Lights Co online store.

Do you offer International Shipping?
Orders placed on the Angel Lights Co. website can only be delivered within Australia at this time.
Gifting & Personal Messages
Angel Lights Co. does not offer a gift wrapping service at this time.
What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?
Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy for further information. If you experience any damage, please email us right away, with your order number, take photos of the damage and include any details of the product damage.

Can I purchase a Gift Card using Afterpay?
Afterpay is available for Angel Lights Co. Gift Card purchases.
Is there a maximum order value for using Afterpay?
The total value of your order must be under $1,500 AUD.
When is my first instalment due?
New customers to Afterpay, will be charged the first instalment at the time of purchase. Existing customers that have been an Afterpay customer for at least 6 weeks will be charged their first instalment 14 days after placing your order.
When will my order be shipped if I pay with Afterpay?
Once you have successfully completed your order online, the order will be dispatched within our standard dispatch time-frames.
