This website and your use of it are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia. Any legal proceedings arising directly or indirectly from your use of this site, including the purchase of Angel Lights Co. and Agoge Group Pty Ltd products, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Western Australian courts.
PRICING
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices listed on our website, we reserve the right to amend prices if errors occur due to human or technical factors. In such cases, we will promptly notify you of the error and offer you the choice to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, we will provide a full refund.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
In the event that a product's price is no longer valid or if an offer has lapsed, we may cancel a sale. If this occurs, we will present you with the following options
1.to select a substitute or similar product 2.pay any price difference if you are selecting a product of higher value, 3. await re-stocking or 4. to receive a full refund for the item(s) you have ordered.
Please note that once your order is dispatched, the delivery schedule is determined by the chosen carrier, and we are not responsible for shipping partners' schedules or delivery times. Shipping delays may occur during special events or circumstances such as COVID-19, Easter, and Christmas.
We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully before finalizing your purchase. Our Refund Policy does not cover changes of mind after ordering, but we are happy to exchange undamaged items, in their original packaging, for goods of equal or higher value. If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrectly described items, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or credit under Australian Fair Trading regulations.
PROMOTIONS
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is subject to change without notice, including flash sales and promotions. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and are not valid for the purchase of gift vouchers. Discount codes are applicable to full-price items unless stated otherwise. All discount codes have specific validity periods, and orders made outside of the advertised promotion dates will not be reimbursed. Promotions will be advertised through selected media channels as determined by Angel Lights Co..

EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL - FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be held responsible for delays or failures in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms due to factors beyond our reasonable control such as:-
a) natural disasters (fire, storms, lightning, floods, earthquakes or other physical natural disaster), but excluding weather conditions regardless of severity
b) governmental or societal actions ( riot, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), acts of terrorism, rebellion, revolution, insurrection of military or usurped power, requisition or compulsory acquisition by any governmental or competent authority), strikes, civil unrest, civil war, labour strikes or industrial disputes at a national level, or strikes or industrial disputes by labour not employed by the affected party, its subContractors or its suppliers, and which affect an essential portion of the works, but excluding any industrial dispute which is specific to the performance of the works or this contract.
c) infrastructure failures (transportation, energy).
d) ionising radiation or contamination, radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive assembly or nuclear component
(e) pressure waves caused by aircraft or other aerial devices travelling at sonic or supersonic speeds
Force Majeure can:-
*occur with or without human intervention
* it cannot have reasonably been foreseen by the parties
* it is/was completely beyond the parties' control and they could not have prevented its consequences.
PRICING
Angel Lights Co. strives to maintain accurate pricing on our website. However, we reserve the right to cancel the sale of an item if the listed price is no longer valid or if the offer has expired. We will offer you the choice to pay any outstanding balance or difference, receive a full refund, or select a substitute or similar product in such cases.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS
CANCELLATIONS
If we cannot attend to our duties due to medical reasons or emergencies, we will make every effort to find a competent replacement photographer at no additional cost to you. If we cannot source a suitable replacement or if you are dissatisfied with the proposed substitute, all payments received will be refunded, and our liability will be limited to this refund. We will retain all monies paid if the reservation is canceled by the client, and the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
ALTERATIONS
Any alterations to the images provided by our Professional Photographer require written consent. The photographer will not be liable for claims resulting from alterations made by the client. If you wish to sell or publish the material for financial gain, written permission must be obtained from the photographer.
INDEMNITY
Our Professional Photographer will not be held responsible for any damages or losses during the photography session. The client indemnifies the photographer from all liability claims associated with the use of the material.
CREDIT & ATTRIBUTION
Our Professional Photographer may use your images for promotional and marketing purposes. Any photos used for non-personal purposes should credit the photographer.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All discussions between the client and our Professional Photographer are confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
LOCATIONS/PERMISSIONS
The client is responsible for obtaining permissions to access and photograph at locations. It is your responsibility to keep guest photographers from interfering with the official photography time.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the material, our liability is limited to refunding all monies received. If only a portion of the material is lost, stolen, or damaged, a partial refund will be calculated based on the package selected.
AGREEMENT
By booking Professional Photography services with Angel Lights Co., you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. The agreement is legally binding.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONAL VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES
Our Professional Videographer agrees to deliver the agreed scope of work for the quoted price. Two rounds of edits or changes are included at no extra cost. Additional edits or changes will be charged at a rate of $120.00+gst per hour. Changes made to the script or shooting plan after video approval will incur extra costs. Accepting this quote authorizes our Professional Videographer to showcase final video products on their website and social media accounts, with credit given.
Ownership of all intellectual property and footage remains with our Professional Videographer until your account is settled.
